FAQ’s for COVID Safety
Q: How will we be socially distant during check-in?
A: We are asking every participant to register and pay BEFORE the tournament so that there will be no line for check-in. You can register and pay using THIS LINK. Alternatively, you can email Emily your team information and send in a check made payable to Hope Resource Center.
Q: How many can ride in a cart?
A: Right now 2 people can still ride in a cart together. If that changes, Gettysvue will let us know and we will relay that information to our players.
Q: Will there be breakfast and coffee as usual?
A: Yes! Because we will provide breakfast outside, there will be plenty of room to be socially distant and enjoy your breakfast and coffee before the tournament begins.
Q: Are masks required?
A: Masks are only required when inside the Gettysvue clubhouse.
Q: Will we still have lunch?
A: Yes! We will provide lunch in individually prepared boxes and eat in the dining room with plenty of space between each seat. Masks are required while in the clubhouse (for example, entering/exiting, restrooms, hallways) but not while eating and drinking.
The HOPE staff is working with the Gettysvue staff to prioritize player safety for our tournament. You can help us make this possible by registering and paying for your fees and mulligans before the tournament (click HERE); wearing a mask where required; and washing/sanitizing hands frequently. HOPE will provide hand sanitizer during breakfast and check-in and during lunch. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to email Emily. Thank you for joining us for this year’s tournament!
